Located in the center of this gleaming sculpture the tireless robot sorts the samples of the BMW Individual materials.
MESO realized the interaction screen and heart of the sculpture, where the user can browse, filter and choose from the multitude of material combinations.
The program transmits the current choice to the robot with an ingenious protocol in real-time. This ensures the placement of the right materials in the presentation slots.
To increase the user experience the screen additionally shows a live camera image which is tinted with the individual colours of the visitors choice. The resulting image and information about the individual material combination can be taken along via email.
