Jannis joined the MESO Digital Interiors team in November 2006.
With almost a decade of experience in design fields such as product, print, web, interaction and exhibit design Jannis views design as an interdisciplinary, holistic process. Since 1999 it’s his aim to find appropriate design solutions. Jannis is also a dedicated new media artist and stays involved in the computatinal art scene.
Jannis toured with renowend german hip hop artists performing a show of body projections and realtime visuals in 2005. He was invited to participate at international art events such as the Transmediale 2007 in Berlin. Jannis has been teaching vvvv at the Kunshochschule Kassel and the HFG Halle.
Prior to MESO Digital Interiors Jannis worked as a designer for method in San Francisco, USA, as a designer for DaimlerChrysler in Berlin and as a computational designer for Art+Com in Berlin. Jannis studied product and communication design at the HFG Schwäbisch Gmünd and the University of the Arts Berlin. Jannis graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of the Arts Berlin.
